From Cardiff

Motorway route

  1. Take M4 west to Pont Abraham (J49)
  2. Continue on A48 towards Carmarthen
  3. At Cross Hands (J50) take 4th exit (A476) and follow to mini rounabaout at Ffairfach
  4. Take 1st exit, travel through Llandeilo & take 2nd exit (A40 towards Llandovery) at 1st roundabout
  5. At next roundabout (approx. 6 miles) take 3rd exit to Llangadog
  6. At Llangadog turn right (A4069 to Brynamman) by the Castle Hotel
  7. Take 1st left (approx. 1 mile.
  8. Track leading to Coed Cadog is 300yds on the left

Scenic route

  1. Take A470 north to Brecon
  2. At roundabout on outskirts of Brecon take 2nd exit (A40) to Llandovery
  3. At Llandovery turn left (straight on) on A4069 to Llangadog
  4. Turn left by Castle Hotel
